New Parent Support Group.
For mothers or birthing parents experiencing depression or anxiety.
You don’t have to go through it alone.
We all know that having a baby can be a joyful experience. But it isn’t always. Sometimes it’s overwhelming, sometimes it’s scary, and sometimes we miss the person we were before.
This group is for new mothers or birthing parents who want to talk about the more difficult feelings that can come with having a baby.
Talk with people who get it. Feel less alone. Connecting with a group can help you to feel better.
